Partnership Opportunities*

For select properties and investors only, we have partnership models that allow you, the investor, to buy investment properties with less cash out of pocket and/or to take more of a passenger seat role during the process. Choose between debt, equity, or combination of both.

*Not all Properties and/or Investors will be eligible for the partnership program. Citipoint has an internal screening process to ensure deal quality and partnership quality exists on the highest level. This screening criteria may change at any time.

Loan Assistance
We will contribute up to 25% of the down payment requirement (on a 70% - 80% LTC) in return for a fixed interest rate. For example if the purchase price of a property is $1,000,000 and the lender is requiring a 25% down payment ($250,000) we will contribute up to $62,500 (0.25 x $250,000). Interest rates can vary and are typically between 11.875% and 15.25% dependent on strength of borrower and/or property.

Option 2:
 

Equity Partnership
We will contribute up to 25% of the down payment requirement (on a 70% - 80% LTC) in return for an equity stake in the property. For example if the purchase price of a property is $1,000,000 and the lender is requiring a 25% down payment ($250,000) we will contribute up to $62,500 (0.25 x $250,000). Other terms and conditions apply and not all properties and/or borrowers qualify. Inquire to receive more information on terms and conditions.

We are buying this property with you. There is no scenario in which we would allow you to NOT get an inspection. So, we'll pay for it.
